- 50g Chicken liver (foie de volaille)
- 40g Roasted hazelnuts (noisettes grillées)
- 1 Egg white
- 1 small Shallot (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Dry white wine (vin blanc sec)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (moutarde de Dijon)
- 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme (thym frais)
